Big thanks to the boys from Japan, who dropped in for a few days while travelling up and down the coast surfing. Their first impression was that the oysters were smaller than their native " Pacific Oyster" but were plesantly surprised that the taste of our Sydney Rock Oysters was far superoir than the Pacific Oyster. Japanese mostly deep fry their oysters, so it was a real treat for the guys to taste fresh creamy Sydney Rock Oysters straight from the river. |
